Louie did so much for Mom during her lifetime. I wanted to give him a special thank-you.
Even after helping her with so many things with her home, car, garden, orchard, car, and vacations, he helped me take care of her even after we moved her into our home. He picked her up when she fell, calmed her when she was agitated or fearful, gave her hugs and kisses, and even helped her in the bathroom a few times in a pinch. She often asked for him, "I think we need Louie." "Is Louie going to eat with me?" She eventually forgot my name, but she never his. He was her prince. She loved him so, and he loved her. She was his second Mom.
