Building a New Corn Planter

In the spring, Louie discovered that the frame had been bent, causing one of the chains to jump to the smaller sprocket, which plants the corn too far apart.  Shockingly, he asked ME for help thinking of how to fix it, and I suggested a guard or guide of some kind, and that worked!

Update:  Here he is planting a late batch of corn with it in July!

Another Update:  In August, Sam gave Louie a batch of sprockets and plates for the corn planter, which Louie cleaned up, painted, and stored all together ready for the next season.
