When we first moved in,
And now.
Here's another peek at the Foyer.
Dining Room
Kitchen
Louie put LED rope lights above the cabinets, and extra hidden outlets, and they light up in the evenings.
Three Season Room
Office
(AKA Sewing Room) This is the way it looked when we had the desk on the east wall.
Then we expanded it to seat both of us, and returned it to the west wall.
The couch is handy for sitting and doing handwork, and also opens out to a queen bed for the kids when they visit.
This is my craft supply closet behind bi-fold doors.
Guest Room
The way it usually looks.
Or this way.
Or when we have both sets of bunk beds in there when Jessie's crew comes!
Once in awhile we have the two twin beds pushed together and sheeted as a king.
And when Mom lived here in 2020-21, it was her room.
Our Bedroom
The original bedding was getting really worn looking, wasn't washable, and the dust ruffle was always getting tangled up.
So I made this new set, including floor-length bedspread, pillow shams, and valances. My 35-year-old drapes are still fine, and the throw pillows and runner still match.
Mud Room
Laundry Room
The Laundry Room is really the only room anymore where I have and primitives.
Here's a link to my funny Laundry Room signs.
Master Bath
Playroom in the Basement
Louie added this room right away. This is how it looked for a few years while the kids were still little.
Then we made it better for older kids.
Guest Bath
I didn't want two tubs to clean all the time, so I put the jetted tub in the guest bathroom.
Pantry Closet
When we first moved in to our new home in 2014, Jessie dubbed it the "Closet House" (lots of closets!) I love this closet right off the kitchen.
Exterior
Here's a link to my post about the gardens and landscaping.
This is the patio with my little herb garden at the side, handy for cooking. The horse hitches serve as hose guards.
This is the beautiful view out our living room window.
Different later in the season.
And a picture of the house.
